You understand that immediately following this notice, you are providing written instructions to American Credit Card Solutions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing American Credit Card Solutions to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from Experian for a consumer debt settlement program, you authorize American Credit Card Solutions to obtain such information solely for debt settlement purposes.
